Yom HaZikaron
Alan arranged for us to go to a local high school to meet up with a group of students that went to Poland earlier this year. We attended their Memorial Day Program where there remembered fallen soldiers that where alums from thier school. After, we met with them in small groups to discuss our experiences in Poland.
Alan also arranged for us to be at a small cemetery where we joined all of Israel in 2 minutes of silence in honor of soldiers that gave their lives defending Israel.
